Kaye generously continues to share her wisdom and creative genius with the sewing world.
She’s made multiple attempts to retire; however, the enthusiasm to inspire and motivate others keeps calling her out to serve. We are so fortunate to have captured her to come to Iowa for the release of her newest publication, Odette’s Journey.
Kaye England will be making her exclusive trip to Iowa to explore with students Odette’s Journey. The publication is dedicated to the memory of Odette Ueltschi.

Why you should sign up for this class…
You don’t want to miss the opportunity to take a Hands-On Class with Kaye England, but in case you aren’t sure if it’s the right fit for you, here are 6 reasons why you should come to this class.
- Kaye is an experienced Fabric & Quilt designer, Master Quilt Piecer, and is an extremely gifted teacher. She has traveled all over the world learning and teaching and has curated an incredible amount of knowledge and skill that she is looking forward to sharing with students at Inspired to Sew.
- In the classroom we will be working with the methods you MOST want to learn. Kaye is fluent in teaching traditional cutting and piecing techniques, along with adapting them to Smart Piecing Ruler cutting and AccuQuilt cutting tools. Kaye will work with you to learn the techniques you are most interested into incorporating into your quilting.
- The benefit to taking an in-person class instead of just watching videos is that Kaye can watch YOU cut and sew and provide instant feedback to immediately improve your quilting skills.
- Taking a class with an instructor like Kaye England at Inspired to Sew provides you with the opportunity to work with the best sewing supplies available. We’ve outfitted our classroom space with all the essentials you need to ensure a successful and fun way to learn about new techniques to make your sewing experience more enjoyable and hassle-free.
- Focusing on the techniques that we hear the most interest on, precision cutting and piecing, pressing and quilt layout & design, these classes are designed around what YOU are wanting to learn.
- Kaye has graciously given us an opportunity to work with her during her time in Iowa, as she has limited her teaching schedule, we are so pleased to be welcoming her for this opportunity to be back in the classroom. Kaye is not traveling as extensively, as she is needed at home to tend to her llamas, goats, and other critters, and they do keep her busy... All this means, don’t miss the opportunity to take classes with Kaye England at Inspired to Sew!
