BabyLock Stitch Nation

Stitch Nation is a private, membership-based garment sewing education program, offered exclusively through authorized Baby Lock Retailers — bringing customized instructional support and a hands-on learning experience directly to you at Inspired to Sew, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Each month, Stitch Nation is hosted by Peggy Sagers, best known for her work as host of the PBS series Fit-2-Stitch and for her Silhouette Patterns brand, where she offers a unique perspective on helping garment sewers achieve professional, tailored results through clear, approachable methods.

Members receive exclusive access to a new lesson each month, built to grow real skill, confidence, and technical understanding — delivered in a format that's easy to follow and repeat at your own machine. Classes at Inspired to Sew will be held on the 4th Saturday of each month, with a weekday lesson on the Friday before. The schedule may vary when the 4th Saturday or Friday falls on a holiday. The Team at Inspired to Sew will bring each lesson to life in-store, providing live viewing opportunities for you to watch, ask questions, and connect in person.

To carry the lesson home, Inspired to Sew will have special opportunities for guests to purchase the featured pattern, and a DVD copy of each session is also available — letting you revisit and replicate techniques anytime. For those who love the benefits of Membership but can't always make it into the store, the DVD option ensures Stitch Nation's instruction and inspiration are never out of reach.
