The bernette b64 AIRLOCK is a 2–3–4 thread overlocker/serger with one-step air threading for the looper threads, giving fast, simple setup and professional-quality seams and edge finishes on knits and wovens. With high sewing speed, generous workspace, and comfort features, it is ideal for garment construction, activewear, and home décor projects.

Main Features

• Air-threading system for both loopers at the push of a lever, eliminating manual threading in hard-to-reach areas.

• 2–3–4 thread stitch capability with up to 16 stitch programs, including overlock, rolled hem, flatlock, and narrow hem.

• Sewing speed up to approximately 1,300 stitches per minute for fast production while maintaining control.

• Micro Thread Control (mtc) to fine‑tune the amount of looper thread for precise, flat seams and clean fabric edges.
