The advantage to pre-cuts is that you get the best selection of fabrics without having to pay for full size yardage cuts. This keeps the kit price to be MOST economical.
If shopping for a coordinating backing, you'll need 5 1/8 yards of regular 44 inch wide fabric OR just 2 1/3 yards of Extra Wide 108" Backing. We always recommend the Extra Wide Backing as this saves you time from having to prep and piece your backing, and also is more economically priced.
