The Jubilee Rulers, like Amanda's other Good Measure Quilting Rulers, feature a non-skid backing and clear markings in two colors.
The straight line tool in this set is excellent for beginners as it has an alignment line on both ends to help with placement. It also is a quick and easy tool for quilting lines 1/4'' apart.
The circle rulers are the exact size needed for the Jubilee Ruler Panel and the larger one is a great introduction to Amanda's Every Circle Set.
