Keep your machine running at its very best. Our Scheduled Service appointments give you dedicated time with our certified technicians — whether your machine needs a routine clean and service, a specific repair, or something in between.

With just two scheduled service spots available per day, your machine gets the focused attention it deserves. Drop it off before your appointment or bring it in by 9:15 AM on the day of service, and in most cases it will be ready to go home with you the same day.

The $30 scheduling fee secures your appointment and is separate from any additional service or repair costs. If our technicians discover anything beyond a standard service, we'll call you with a quote before we do a thing.

• Drop-Off: Machines may be dropped off during normal business hours prior to your scheduled date, or on the day of your appointment no later than 9:15 AM.
• Same-Day Service: Most scheduled services are completed the same day. If additional repairs are needed or parts must be ordered, we'll let you know and provide an updated timeline.
• Repair Authorization: If our technicians identify additional repairs or parts beyond the standard service, a member of our team will contact you with a quote and wait for your approval before proceeding — no surprises.
• Scheduling Fee: The $30 scheduling fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward the cost of service, repairs, or parts.
• Required Items: Please bring your machine's power cord, foot control, and any accessories required for proper operation. Missing items may delay your service.
• Weather & Closures: In the event of inclement weather or an unexpected closure, we will contact you promptly to reschedule your appointment.
