This Janome CoverPro 1000CPX is an industrial-style cover hem machine in a convenient home format, designed to give professional-looking hems and finishes on knit and woven garments. It offers 2-, 3-, or 4-thread coverstitch capability with wide and narrow cover hems, chain stitch, a convertible free arm, and Janome’s Seam Tightening System (STS) for flatter, more secure seams. A coverstitch machine does not cut fabric and is used alongside a regular sewing machine or serger to hem sleeves, bottoms, and add decorative coverstitching.
